防火阻燃

经国家权威机构检测新兴板为 A 级不燃材料 , 用其构成的墙体及钢结构耐火极限远远高于国家标准。

Fireproofing ﹠ Flame-retardant:Xinxing panel is the A-level flame –retardant material exam-ined by national authoritative organization, the fireproofing limit of the wall and the stddl structure composed with it is much higher than the national standard.

　　耐火防潮

新兴板在水中浸泡 1 个月后 , 仍保持原样 , 不变形、不发胀 . 干湿变形率 0.026%, 吸水率 15% 左右。特别是抗折强度干态为18Mpa, 吸湿状态下为 22Mpa, 即吸湿状态下强度更高。

Water-resistant ﹠ Moisture –proofing:Xinxing pancl can remain the original state without distor-tion or swelling after soaking for l month in the water Dry and wet distortion rate is 0.26% and water –absorptivity is about 15%.Specially the flexural strength is 18Mpa ,under the intensity under the moisture absorption condition is higher.

　　轻质高强

10mm 厚的板材重量有 10.07kg ／ m 2 约为普通实心粘土砖墙的 1 ／ 10 ，且抗冲击强度是普通石膏板墙体的 2 － 3 倍，安装方便，能有效的缩短工期。

Light Weight & Strong Intensity:The weight of the 10mm pandl is 10.07kg/m2 which is approximately1/10 for ordinary solid clay brick wall ,and the anti-impact intensity is 2-3 times as ordinary plasterboard wall ,the installation is convenient and the time limit for a proj-ect can be reduced dffectively.

　　隔音

95mm 隔音墙可达四层 12mm 石膏板构造的 123mm 墙体的隔音标准 , 相当于 150mm 普通实心砖墙的隔音效果。

Sound Insulation:The 95mm sound insulation wall may reach the sound insu-lation standard of the 123mm wall structured with four 12mm plasterboards,equals to the sound insulation effect of the 150mm ordinary solid brick wall.

　　施工简易

新兴板重量轻 , 不但降低施工难度 , 且减轻搬运重量、同时所有传统三合板的施工方法皆可使用：可锯、可钉可刨、可切、并可使用美工刀进行裁切。

Construction Facility:Xinxing panel has light weight,not only reducing the con-struction difficulty also reducing the transporting weight .Meanwhile the job practice of all the traditional tri-plywood is sawing ,sewing ,digging,cutting,and uses the art designing knife to carry on flitching

该材料为无机物、植物纤维等天然构成，放射性远低于国家标准，环保性符合国家要求，是国家政策鼓励类新产品。

Green & Environmental Protection:The material is made from the natural stuff such as the min-eral ,the vegetable fiber and so on .The radioactivity is far lower than the national standard, the national requirement, and it is the new product of the national policy policy encouragement class.

新兴板的热阻为 1.14m 2 .K/W ，具有极好的隔热保湿性能。

Moisture keeping & Heat Insulation:The thermal resistance of Xinxing panel is 1014m2.K/W,having the extremely excellent heat insulation and heat presser-vation capability.
